Cílem práce je provést obsahovou analýzu činností v přenesené působnosti ve vybraných obcích I. stupně a určit jejich časovou zátěž při zajištění této činnosti. The aim of this thesis is content analysis of actions in transmitted activity of selected municipalities of the first grade in Pelhřimov surroundings and setting together the time stress algorithm of these actions.
