Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat současné vnitropodnikové procesy ve společnosti TRIO HAVEL s.r.o. a navrhnout opatření, která povedou k optimalizaci a případnému redesignu těchto procesů. Pro naplnění cíle byly použity různé metody a techniky zlepšování. Některé použité metody patří mezi "Sedm nových nástrojů managementu" a "Sedm nástrojů řízení kvality" konkrétně to jsou Diagram afinity, Vývojový diagram a Paretův diagram. Pro plánování kvality s ohledem na požadavky zákazníků byla použita metoda QFD. Informace plynoucí z použitých technik byly následně vyhodnoceny a na jejich základě byla navržena patřičná, v některých případech velmi konkrétní, opatření k optimalizaci stávajících vnitropodnikových procesů. Závěrem byla vyslovena další doporučení pro neustálé zlepšování zavedeného systému managementu kvality a vedoucí k získání konkurenční výhody. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse present internal processes in company TRIO HAVEL s.r.o. and to propose measures which will lead to optimize or redesign of these processes. To achieve this aim was used different methods and techniques of improvement. Some of those are from "New Seven Management Tools" or "Seven Quality Control Tools". Specifically those were "Afinity chart", "Flowchart" and "Pareto chart". For quality planning were used method "Quality Function Deployment" which focus on customers' requirements. Obtained information was analysed. There were designed some recommendations based on them to optimize internal processes. In the end it was said some other recommendations for continual improvement of implemented quality management system and to gain competitive advantage.
