Cílem práce je ocenit společnost ENERGO EKOPROJEKT TURNOV, s.r.o. pro potřeby managementu. Prvním krokem práce je vyhotovení finanční analýzy a zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. Následuje strategická analýza, identifikace všech generátorů hodnot firmy, finanční plán a samotné zjištění hodnoty podniku. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the company ENERGO EKOPROJEKT TURNOV, s.r.o. for the management purposes. First step is financial analysis, followed by strategic analysis and financial plan. Finally the company is evaluated on the basis of yield valuation.
