Charakteristika jednotlivých složek personální práce - plánování lidských zdrojů, získávání a výběr zaměstnanců, přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců, jejich hodnocení a odměňování, vzdělávání a rozvoj, uvolňování zaměstnanců. Analýza uvedených činností v nadnárodním podniku působícím na českém trhu, identifikace možných nedostatků a formulace doporučení vedoucí k jejich zlepšení. Characteristic of individual parts of personal work - planning of Human Resources, recruitment, adaptation of employees, employee appraisal and remuneration, education and employee development, firing employees. Analysis of these HR activities in multinational company operating on the Czech market, identification of potential shortages and formulation of their improvements.
