Členské země EU včetně ČR přijaly tzv. indikativní plány, prostřednictvím kterých se zavazují ke snížení vypouštění emisí o určité procento. Na tyto indikativní plány navázaly konkrétní hospodářsko-politické opatření, na základě kterých se razantně začala měnit situace na trhu s energiemi. Cílem mé práce je zachytit změnu formování struktury nabídky elektrické energie na českém trhu s důrazem na fotovoltaické zdroje energie. Práce postihuje veškeré ekonomické aspekty ovlivňující výrobu elektrické energie pomocí FVE v ČR. Hlavní metodou práce je komparace hospodářských a politických opatření spojených s energetikou a snižováním emisí v ČR se statistickými daty vývoje instalovaného výkonu fotovoltaických panelů. The member states of the European Union (including the Czech Republic) adopted the socalled indicative planning documents and so made a legally binding emission reduction commitment. Specific economic and political measures followed and the situation on the energy market started to change dramatically. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview and analysis of the structural changes in the Czech energy market with an emphasis on photovoltaic energy sources. This paper deals with all economic aspects affecting energy production in photovoltaic power plants in the Czech Republic. The primary method of this paper is comparing the economic and political measures linked with energies and emission reduction in the Czech Republic with statistic data of installed power output of photovoltaic arrays.
