Práce se zabývá příčinami vzniku systémů veřejných dohledů nad auditory, jejich právní úpravou a fungováním. Porovnává systémy dohledu v České republice, kde systém funguje teprve od roku 2009, a v Německu, ve kterém veřejný dohled probíhá již od roku 2005. Work deals with the causes of creation of the systems of public oversight of auditors, the regulation and functioning. Compares the surveillance systems in the Czech Republic, where the system works only since 2009, and Germany, where public oversight has been going since 2005.
