Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou bankovního klienta z pohledu etiky. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat dodrţování a prosazování etických pravidel v rámci jednání zaměstnanců bank s klienty. Minoritní cíl se zabývá popisem postojů bank k důleţitosti vyuţívání etických prvků v komunikaci se zákazníky. Pro analýzu byla vyuţita pozorovací metoda marketingového výzkumu, který byl prováděn v klientském centru Modré pyramidy stavební spořitelny, a.s. Z výsledků realizovaného výzkumu vyplynulo, ţe kvalita jednání s klienty je na velmi dobré úrovni. Jednání probíhají v reprezentativních prostorech a klientům jsou poskytovány sluţby prostřednictvím profesionálně vystupujících finančních poradců. The Bachelor's thesis deals with a protection of the bank customer from ethical point of view. The main objective is to analyze how the banks observe and promote ethic standards during the dealings with their bank customers. The minority objective deals with a description of banks' attitude towards the importance of these ethic rules. The observation was used as a method of the marketing survey. The survey was carried out in the customer centre of the co-operative bank Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna, a.s. Results of the observation showed that the quality of dealing with bank customers is very high. The dealings take place in the representative room and the services are provided by the professional financial advisors.
