Lidské zdroje se v dnešním tržním prostředí staly nejvýznamnější konkurenčním prvkem. Je důležitým úkolem soutěžících společností získat a udržet si kvalitní pracovníky. Cesta k tomuto cíli vede přes spokojenost těchto pracovníků. V podnikové praxi je spokojenost často zaměňována s motivací a v některých odborných publikacích motivace ztotožňována se stimulací. V první části práce proto analyzuji teoretické souvislosti mezi spokojeností, motivací a stimulací. V dalších částech představuji společnost, ve které provedu průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců, včetně podrobné analýzy skupiny respondentů. Na základě získaných teoretických poznatků dále hodnotím vhodnost užité metody -- elektronického dotazování a obsah použitého dotazníku. V poslední části pak prezentuji výsledky průzkumu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve dvou časových obdobích a navrhuji zlepšující opatření. Human resources have become the most important means of competition in today's market environment. It is one of the vital goals of the competing companies to attract and retain work force of high quality. The way to this goal leads through ensuring the employees' satisfaction. Within many companies' management the word satisfaction is confused with motivation and in some professional papers motivation is believed to be the synonym of stimulation. Therefore in the first part of this thesis I explore the theoretical relations between satisfaction, motivation and stimulation. In next parts I introduce the company where the satisfaction survey takes place and include the thorough analysis of the subject group. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge I then evaluate the used methodology -- electronic questioning and the content of the survey questionnaire. In the last chapter I present the results of the survey conducted in two subsequent time periods. I analyze the results and evaluate the adopted action steps plus giving my own recommendations and suggestions for actions in the upcoming year.
