Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému odměňování v konkrétní společnosti. Práce je teoreticko -- aplikačního charakteru. V teoretické části je vymezen systém odměňování a jeho peněžní a nepeněžní formy. Dále jsou popsány metody hodnocení práce, vymezení pojmů motivace a stimulace a jejich význam v systému odměňování. Jádrem aplikační části je ověření teoretických poznatků na příkladu konkrétní společnosti. Analýza je provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření.Objektem hodnocení je systém odměňování včetně zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti ppm factum. Bylo zjištěno, že současný systém odměňování není zaměstnanci plošně vnímán jako spravedlivý a dostatečně motivační. Možnou příčinou je nižší průměrná mzda ve srovnání s celorepublikovým průměrem mezd zaměstnanců na srovnatelných pozicích a malé množství benefitů. Mnohem příznivěji, než finanční odměna, jsou zaměstnanci společnosti hodnoceny takové faktory, jako je náplň práce a pracovní kolektiv. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je navrhováno vedení společnosti provést podrobnější průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich preferencí a jeho výsledy promítnout do současného systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis analyses a remuneration system in a specific company. It consists of both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the system of remuneration, its financial and non-financial forms, methods of work evaluation, the terms motivation and stimulation along with their connection to this topic. The core of the second part is the application of the theoretical knowledge on one specific company. The analyses were carried out by the use of questionnaires. The evaluation is based on a company called ppm factum and focuses on its remuneration system and employee benefits. It was discovered that the current situation was not considered as motivational and fair by its employees. The reasons given include, low monthly salaries compared to the national average and company's inadequate employee benefits. On the bright side, work responsibilities and the quality of colleagues were taken as motivational factors. Based on the outcome of this research, it is recommended that the company spends more time and resources on analyzing how to increase the overall employee satisfaction and later apply the desired changes on their remuneration system.
