Indie je dnes společně s Čínou jednou z nejrychleji rostoucích světových ekonomik aspirujících na pozici dominantního centra na globální mapě. Záměrem práce je poukázat na hlavní konkurenční výhody Indické republiky, ale i na limitující faktory, které mohou být pro zemi komplikací na cestě k prosperitě. India and China are currently one of the fastest growing world economies aspiring to the position of dominant centres at global map. This paper aims to point out the main competitive advantages of The Republic of India as well as limiting factors which can be the complication on the country's way towards prosperity.
