Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nezaměstnanost v regionu Kralupy nad Vltavou a na perspektivy její změny v blízké budoucnosti. Tyto změny by měly nastat v důsledku plánovaného rozvoje letiště Vodochody, což podle investora přinese hospodářský rozvoj, podporu turismu a nová pracovní místa. Cílem této práce je potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotézy, zda plánovaný rozvoj letiště Vodochody povede ke snížení nezaměstnanosti v regionu Kralupy nad Vltavou. Z tohoto důvodu se práce také podrobně zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti v regionu. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, která objasňují pojmy jako je nezaměstnanost, trh práce a rovnováha na trhu práce, dále pak nabízí přehled druhů nezaměstnanosti a jejích příčin. V další části pak podává charakteristiku zkoumaného regionu a jeho obyvatelstva. Třetí část je zaměřena na analýzu nezaměstnanosti z hlediska pohlaví, věku a klasifikace zaměstnání uchazečů o práci a zabývá se také vývojem počtu pracovních míst v regionu. Poslední, čtvrtá část potom představuje projekt rozvoje letiště Vodochody a také faktory a okolnosti, které budou podstatné při náboru zaměstnanců a které pravděpodobně ovlivní zaměstnanost v regionu. Cíle a závěru bakalářské práce bude dosaženo použitím analýzy statistických údajů a také díky informacím, které poskytl při osobním rozhovoru generální ředitel letiště. This bachelor paper is focused on unemployment in region Kralupy nad Vltavou and on outlook of its change in the near future. This change should arise as a consequence of the planned expansion of the Vodochody airport which is going to bring - according the investor - economic development, support of tourism and new jobs opportunities. The goal of this paper is confirmation or refutation of the hypothesis the planned expansion of the Vodochody Airport is going to result in decreasing of unemployment in the region. This is why paper contains also unemployment analysis of the region. The first part of paper contains theoretical bases, explaining concepts like unemployment, labour market and labour market equilibrium and then shows review of unemployment sorts and their causes. In the next part is characteristic of the region and its residents. The third part is focused on unemployment analysis according to gender, age and employment classification of job applicants and on development of appointments in the region. The last, fourth part presents project of the Vodochody airport and also factors and circumstances which are going to be important for recruitment of employees and that are probably going to affect employment in the region. The goal and conclusion of this bachelor paper is going to be gained by using of statistic-data analysis and thanks to information that the general manager of the airport provided in personal interview.
