Fenomén bezdomovectví je problém, jehož závažnost stále stoupá. Z tohoto důvodu schválilo hlavní město Praha Akční plán bezdomovectví, kterým hodlá snížit neustále rostoucí počet bezdomovců. Tato práce se zaměřuje na větší informovanost o tomto problému, jeho příčinách a odpovídá na otázku, jestli je sociální pomoc dostatečná natolik, aby snižovala stavy osob bez přístřeší. Konkrétně je analyzován Akční plán a pozornost je soustředěna na sčítání bezdomovců na území Prahy. Metodou zkoumání je dotazníková metoda, která přináší odpovědi na příčiny vzniku bezdomovectví a jeho stálého přetrvávání v naší společnosti. The phenomenon of homelessness is a problem whose severity is rising. For this reason, the city of Prague approved the Action plan of homelessness, which aims to reduce the growing number of homeless people. This bachelor thesis focuses on a bigger awareness of this problem, its causes and it answers the question, whether the social benefits are enough sufficient to downsize the amount of homeless people. We analyze especially the Action plan and the attention is focused on counting the homeless people in Prague. The method of research is the questinnaire method, which provides answers to the causes of homelessness and its persistence in our society.
