Cílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat vývoj a současný stav zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených na trhu práce v Praze. V teoretické části práce je provedena analýza legislativy a institucí zabývajících se zdravotně postiženými občany, včetně dotačních programů poskytnutých Evropskou unií. V analytické části jsou pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zástupci podniků zjištěny hlavní charakteristické znaky zaměstnávání postižených ve zkoumané lokalitě. Výsledky tohoto šetření jsou porovnány s výsledky nezávislého celorepublikového výzkumu. The goal of this bachelor paper is to analyze development and present status of employment of handicapped people on Prague labor market. In theoretical part I analyze legislation and institutions influencing disabled citizens, description of grant policy of the European Union is also included. In analytical part of this paper I present information based on interviews with selected firms concerning employment of people with disabilities. The results are compared with similar all-country investigation.
