Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat podnikatelské prostředí Bosny a Hercegoviny, přiblížení ekonomické a politické situaci země, dále analyzovat obchodní jednání s bosenskými partnery a poukázat na kulturní a jiné odlišnosti, na které může český podnikatelský subjekt narazit. První kapitola obsahuje základní charakteristiku země, stručnou historii a informace o obyvatelstvu. Druhá kapitola pojednává o podnikatelském prostředí, o ekonomické a politické situaci země a zahraničních investicích. Třetí kapitola se zabývá kulturními a sociálními zvláštnostmi. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje obchodní jednání bosenských subjektů pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi českými a bosenskými podnikatelskými partnery. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze entrepreneurial environment of Bosnia and Herzegovina, outline economic and political situation of the country, analyze business negotiation with Bosnian entrepreneurs and point out cultural and other particularities. The first chapter contains basic information about the country, brief history and some facts about the population. The second chapter deals with the entrepreneurial environment, economic and political situation and with the foreign direct investments. The third chapter is about the cultural and social particularities. The last chapter analyzes business negotiations with bosnian entrepreneurs by way of my own survey among Czech and Bosnian business partners.
