Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá dodací paritou a jejím vlivem na stanovení ceny. Toto téma je podloženo výkladem teorie mezinárodní kupní smlouvy a dodací podmínky obecně. Dále je obsah závěrečné práce věnován charakteristice poslední edice Mezinárodních výkladových pravidel INCOTERMS 2010 a jejímu porovnání s předchozí verzí. Poslední část práce je orientována na praktické uplatnění jednotlivých dodacích podmínek v obchodních kontraktech konkrétní firmy. Byla zde taktéž provedena analýza vzorové kupní smlouvy a názorně předvedena kalkulace ceny, na níž se podepsala zvolená dodací podmínka. In this bachelor thesis is presented delivery condition and its impact on price assessment. This topic is backed up theory of international purchase agreement a delivery condition in general. Further is the content of final thesis devoted to characteristic of latest edition of International Commercial Terms 2010 and its comparison with previous version. The last part is focused on practical application of several delivery conditions in business contracts of concrete company. There was realized an analysis of purchase agreement and price calculation and its impact on price assessment were ilustrated as well.
