Cílem mé diplomové práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán na koupi bytu, jež bude sloužit k pronájmu. Plán je určen investorovi, kterému poskytne informace potřebné pro klíčová rozhodnutí při koupi. V teoretické části obecně popsuji trh nemovitostí a podnikatelský plán. V druhé části aplikuji teorii do praxe v podobě reálného podnikatelského plánu. V něm popisuji samotnou nemovitost, tržní situaci nemovitostí, finanční plán, rizika a další důležité aspekty. The aim of my thesis is to develop business plan for the purchase of an apartment for rent. The business plan is designed for an investor to provide him information needed for key decisions. In the theoretical part I am focusing on the real estate market and a business plan in general. In the second part I put theory into practice through a real work based business plan. In this plan I'm describing the apartment, the situation of the real estate market, the financial plan, project risks and other relevant aspects.
