Tato bakalářská práce nese název "Finanční analýza společnosti Pivovary Staropramen, a.s." a jejím prvořadým cílem je posouzení finančního zdraví podniku. V druhé řadě má za úkol provést srovnání s lídrem v oblasti na českém trhu, jímž je Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Teoreticko-metodologická část informuje o uživatelích, pro něž je výstup z této práce přínosný, o zdrojích a informacích nezbytných k provedení finanční analýzy a také vysvětluje finanční ukazatele a použité modely. Praktickou část tvoří stručná charakteristika společnosti Pivovary Staropramen, a.s. a následně samotná finanční analýza. Výpočty jsou provedené na základě informací z výročních zpráv firmy v kombinaci se stanovenými postupy v teoretické části. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí důležitých informací z celé finanční analýzy a stručné vyhodnocení vzájemné situace podniků. This thesis is entitled "Financial Analysis of Staropramen Breweries, Inc." and its primary objective is to evaluate the financial health of the company. Secondly, the task is to compare with the leader in the Czech market, which is a Pilsner Urquell, Inc. The work is divided into two main parts. Theoretical and methodological part provides information about users for which the output of this work is useful, the resources and information necessary for financial analysis and explains the financial indicators and used models. The practical part is a brief description of the company Staropramen Breweries, Inc. and consequently the financial analysis of this company. Calculations are based on information from company annual reports in combination with established procedures in the theoretical part. The conclusion contains a summary of relevant information across financial analysis and a brief assessment.
