Tato práce se zabývá mezinárodní železniční přepravou zboží. V první kapitole je mezinárodní přeprava představena jako celek, její historie, i současná situace.V druhé kapitole je velmi významný prostor věnován železniční přepravě zboží v rámci Evropské unie, a to především Bílé knize Evropské komise a jejímu dokumentu, který se nazývá "Evropská dopravní politika pro rok 2010: čas rozhodnout". V další kapitole je rozebrána situace na přepravním trhu se zbožím na české železnici. V závěrečné praktické části je provedena analýza Mezinárodních svazových tarifů a a návrh nového řešení těchto tarifů, které by mělo vést ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti mezinárodní železniční přepravy na společném evropském trhu. This work deals with international railway transport of goods. In the first chapter is international railway transport introduced as a whole, its history and its current situation. In the second chapter is a important space devoted to railway transport of goods in the European Union, particularly the European Commission's White Paper and its document, called "European Transport policy for 2010: time to decide." The next chapter discusses the situation in the transport market of goods in the Czech republic. The final part is the practical analysis of the International union tariffs and proposal of a new solutions to these tariffs, which should increas competitiveness of international railway transport in the common European market.
