Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza mezinárodního cestovního ruchu a jeho vlivu na ekonomiku členských států Evropské unie. V úvodní kapitole je vymezen pojem cestovní ruch, ve druhé kapitole je popsáno postavení Evropy ve světovém cestovním ruchu. Dále se práce zabývá ekonomickým významem cestovního ruchu v Evropské unii a faktory, které cestovní ruch v EU ovlivňují. Hlavní část práce je věnována vlivu mezinárodního cestovního ruchu na ekonomiku jednotlivých členských států EU. Závěrečná kapitola je zaměřena na současné světové trendy a perspektivy dalšího rozvoje cestovního ruchu. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of international tourism and its impact on the economy of the member states of the European Union. The introductory chapter defines the concept of tourism, the second chapter describes the position of Europe in world tourism. Then the thesis deals with the economic importance of tourism in the European Union and the factors that influence the tourism of EU. The main part is devoted to the effects of international tourism to the economy of the member states. The final chapter outlines recent trends and prospects for further development of tourism.
