Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rozvoje mikroregionů s pomocí fondů EU. Konkrétně se práce věnuje Mikroregionu Chrudimsko. První kapitola se zabývá regionální politikou Evropské unie, jejím vývojem a hlavními cíli v období 2000 -- 2006 a v aktuálním období 2007 -- 2013. Dále jsou představeny jednotlivé strukturální fondy a Fond soudržnosti. První část obsahuje také informace o Regionálním operačním programu NUTS II Severovýchod, protože je často využíván právě Mikroregionem Chrudimsko. Další dvě kapitoly jsou praktické, první z nich se věnuje socio-ekonomické analýze sledovaného mikroregionu a jeho potenciálu pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Poslední část obsahuje konkrétní příklady projektů, které byly (nebo budou) realizovány v Mikroregionu Chrudimsko. Cílem bakalářské práce je ukázat, zda peníze z EU mohou pomoci rozvoji mikroregionu a zvýšení jeho turistické atraktivity. This bachelor's thesis is focused on questions of a development of microregions with the aid of the funds of the EU. Particularly this work is aimed to the Chrudim Microregion. The first chapter deals with the regional policy of the European Union, its development and its main goals in phase 2000 -- 2006 and in current phase 2007 -- 2013. Then particular Structural Funds and Cohesion Fund are presented. The first part contains also the information about Regional Operational Programme NUTS II Northeast, because it is often used by the Chrudim Microregion. The next two chapters are practical, the first is focused on the socio-economic analysis of the microregion in view and its potential of a development in the tourism industry. The last part contain particular examples of project, that were (of are going to be) realized in the Chrudim Microregion. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to show, how the money from the EU can help to develop a microregion and to raise its tourist attractiveness.
