Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou evropskou a českou právní úpravou týkající se využívání a podpory obnovitelných zdrojů energie. První část je zaměřena na analýzu Směrnice 2009/28/ES o podpoře využívání energie z obnovitelných zdrojů a o změně a následném zrušení směrnic 2001/77/ES a 2003/30/ES. Druhá část je zaměřena na návrh zákona o podporovaných zdrojích energie, který má za úkol implementovat tuto směrnici do českého právního řádu. This bachelor thesis discusses current european and czech legal regulations which is concerned with the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources. First part is focused on analysis of Directive 2009/28/EC on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources and amending and subsequently repealing Directives 2001/77/EC and 2003/30/EC. Second part is focused on Supported Energy Sources Bill, which objective is to implement this directive into the czech legal order.
