Úspěch každé společnosti spočívá z velké části v jejích lidských zdrojích a správně motivovaný pracovní tým dokáže pomoci společnosti k dosažení dobrých výsledků. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu motivace pracovníků ve společnosti Agency of Security Fenix CIT, a.s., zjištění jeho silných a slabých stránek a navržení postupů pro zlepšení motivace ve společnosti. Teoretická část představuje problematiku motivace, poskytuje přehled teorií motivace a jednotlivých motivátorů a ve svém závěru se věnuje motivačnímu programu organizace. Praktická část práce nejprve představuje společnost Agency of Security Fenix CIT, a.s. a její současný systém motivace, dále se zabývá výzkumem motivovanosti pracovníků a analyzuje získaná data. Na jejich základě jsou pak v závěru práce uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení systému motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The success of every company consists from a great part in its human resources and a well-motivated work team can help the company to achieve good results. The thesis concentrates on the analysis of the current motivation level of the employees in Agency of Security Fenix CIT, a.s., on the survey of its strengths and weaknesses and on suggestion of steps for improvement of the motivation in the company. The theoretic part introduces the problems of motivation, provides a summary of motivation theories and particular motivators, and in its last part describes the motivation program of an organization. The practical part introduces at first the company Agency of Security Fenix CIT, a.s. and its current motivation system, then it analyses the level of motivation of the employees and the data gained from the analysis. According to them, suggestions for improvement of the motivation system and satisfaction of the employees are stated in the conclusion of the work.
