Diplomová práce na téma Exportní strategie společnosti Nal von Minden je rozdělena do 5 hlavních částí. První kapitola analyzuje ekonomickou situaci na německém trhu v období od druhé poloviny roku 2008 do konce roku 2009 a prezentuje prognózy dopadů jednotlivých kroků, které měly vést k podpoře ekonomiky. Druhá kapitola představuje německou společnost Nal von Minden GmbH, její organizační strukturu, profil firmy i analýzu produktového portfolia. Exportní teorie zahrnující přehled zásadních důvodů firem k exportu, formy vstupu na zahraniční trhy i její načasování je obsahem třetí kapitoly. Aplikování exportní teorie do praxe v rámci společnosti Nal von Minden GmbH je zahrnuto v kapitole čtvrté. Kapitola pojednává o společnosti Nal von Minden přičemž důležitost je kladena na export, její komunikační strategii i zahraniční odběratele. V páté kapitole je zpracována PEST i SWOT analýza trhů České republiky a Portugalska. Jelikož společnost vstoupila přibližně ve stejném období na oba zahraniční trhy, je možné podrobně analyzovat faktory ovlivňující vstup na tyto trhy. My Master Thesis consists of five main parts. First part analyses economical situation on German market within the time period of middle 2008 and the end of 2009. The set of actions that have been implied to support the economical situation and its individual impacts are presented in this chapter in addition. Second part presents Nal von Minden GmbH Corporation, its organizational structure, company's profile, and the products portfolio analysis. Export theory containing the list of fundamental reasons of companies to export, the forms of entering new markets, and its timing are part of third chapter. To apply the theory, chapter four deals with the actual practice of Nal von Minden and its own method of entering new markets. PEST and SWOT analysis of the Czech Republic and Portugal are part of the final fifth chapter of the Master Thesis. As Nal von Minden entered both markets approximately at the same time, it is adequate to analyze factors affecting entry on those markets.
