Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat personální činnosti v podniku Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. a případně navrhnout doporučení pro změny ke zvýšení efektivity personálních činností. Podnik Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. se zabývá výrobou a distribucí alkoholických nápojů, především všeobecně známé Karlovarské Becherovky. Práce popisuje veškeré personální činnosti, které probíhají v podniku. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá danou problematikou z pohledu odborné literatury. Praktická část obsahuje informace z osobního rozhovoru se zaměstnankyní personálního oddělení podniku Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. The goal of this bachelor work is to analyse human resources activities in company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. and eventually propose recommendations for changes, which will lead to increase of efficiency of human resources activities. The company Jan Becher - Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. is concerning with production and distribution of alcoholic beverages, mainly generally known Karlovarská Becherovka. This work describes all human resources activities, which take place in the company. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is dealing with topic from the view of experts. Practical part consists of information gained from personal conversation with employee of human resources department of the company.
