Bakalářská práce se věnuje výhodám a možnostem kontejnerové přepravy se zaměřením na její smluvní základ a dokumentaci. Práce by měla objasnit, za jakých podmínek je možné mezinárodní přepravu zboží uskutečnit a jakým způsobem je právně upravena. Obsahuje charakteristiku jednotlivých typů smluv, pomocí kterých je přeprava zajištěna a popis dokladů, které se nejčastěji v mezinárodní přepravě používají. The thesis deals with the benefits and opportunities of container shipping and focuses on its contractual basis and documentation. The work should clarify under what conditions it is possible to carry out international carriage of goods, and how it is regulated. It defines different types of contracts, through which the shipment is assured and it mentions and describes the documents, which are frequently used in international transportation.
