Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení finanční stability a zdraví podniku MADETA a. s. v období let 2007 -- 2009. V úvodu jsou vytyčeny cíle práce. V teoretické a metodologické části je definován použitý pojmový aparát, co je to finanční analýza, jaké jsou její zdroje a uživatelé, jsou nastíněny použité metody výpočtů jednotlivých ukazatelů. Hlavními metodami použitými v bakalářské práci jsou techniky procentního rozboru, analýza poměrových ukazatelů a výpočet ukazatele ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Další částí je stručný popis analyzovaného podniku a výpis největších změn, které se v něm za posuzované období udály. V praktické části jsou poté uvedeny vypočtené hodnoty jednotlivých ukazatelů použitých v práci. Tyto hodnoty jsou následně okomentovány, jsou z nich vyvozeny výsledky dosažené podnikem a ty porovnány s výsledky konkurenčních podniků. V závěru práce jsou výsledky shrnuty a je zhodnoceno celkové finanční zdraví podniku. The bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate the financial stability and health of the company MADETA a. s. in the time period 2007 -- 2009. In the introduction goals of the thesis are set out. In the theoretical and methodological part conceptual apparatus is defined. This part of the thesis also describes what the financial analysis is, its resources and who use it. Calculation methods of indicators applied in the thesis are given. The main methods used are techniques of percentage analysis, analysis of ratio indicators and calculation of the economic value added. Next part is a brief description of the analyzed company and changes that occurred in it during the time period. In the practical part the calculated values of the indicators used in the thesis are given. These values are commented, results are drawn and compared with values achieved by competitors. In conclusion the results are summarized and the overall financial health of the company is evaluated.
