Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá náklady městské hromadné dopravy u vybraných krajských měst České republiky. Zkoumá pomocí statistického modelování a komparace, zda existuje závislost mezi velikostí města dle počtu obyvatel a náklady na jednoho obyvatele města. Dalším zkoumaným ukazatelem jsou náklady na jednoho přepraveného a jejich závislost na velikosti města, opět dle počtu obyvatel. Náklady jsou v práci členěny na investiční a provozní, zkoumány byly za období let 2003 až 2009. This bachelor thesis deals with cost of public transport in chosen region cities of Czech republic. Thesis examines the use of statistic modeling and comparision, if there is a correlation between the size of cities by population and per capita costs of the city. Another indicator examined is the cost per one transported and their dependence on the size of city, again according to population. Costs are dividing into investment costs and operating expenses, examines period 2003-2009.
