Bakalářská práce pojednává o společenské odpovědnosti organizací se zaměřením na malé a střední podniky. Popisuje stručně počátky této filosofie a její nejdůležitější momenty. Dále poskytuje srovnání společenské odpovědnosti z pohledu Evropské unie a v zemích třetího světa. Uvádí příklady mezinárodních iniciativ na podporu společenské odpovědnosti. V praktické části se zabývá průzkumem společenské odpovědnosti v malých a středních podnicích na území ČR. Rozebírá jednotlivé aspekty, upozorňuje na problémy a nabízí návrhy vhodných opatření pro větší osvětu a informovanost této skupiny podniků. Bachelor's thesis deals with the social responsibility of organisations with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. It briefly describes the origins of this philosophy and its most important moments. It also provides a comparison of social responsibility from the perspective of the European Union and of the third world countries. It features examples of international initiatives to promote corporate social responsibility. The practical part deals with the research of the social responsibility in small and medium-sized enterprises in Czech Republic. It analyses the various aspects, highlights the problems and offers proposals for appropriate measures for greater awareness and information of this group of enterprises.
