Cílem práce je popis a zhodnocení fungování a vzájemné kooperace středisek ve firmě MSV Liberec s.r.o. a návrhy opatření na zlepšení. Konfrontací empiricky zjištěných faktů s odbornou literaturou zhodnotit fungování systémů a vypracování návrhu na zlepšení. Přínosem bude podrobné zpracování reálného fungování společnosti a návrh možností dalšího zlepšování. The goal is a description and assessment of the operation and mutual co-operation units in the company MSV Liberec s.r.o. and proposed measures for improvement. Comparison between empirically established facts with literature appraise the functioning of the systems and make proposals for improvement. The benefit will be detailed processing of real-world performance and design options for further improvement.
