Předmětem práce je komparace efektivních daňových sazeb daní z příjmů ze závislé činnosti pomocí vybraného ukazatele, jejich srovnání v čase a analýza vlivu nejdůležitějších faktorů na daňové zatížení zaměstnanců ve státech EU i OECD, kterými jsou Česká republika, Rakousko, Německo a Maďarsko. The object of the bachelor's work is the comparison of the effective tax rates of personal income tax by means of selected indicator, comparison in time and influence analysis of the most important factors on tax burden of employees in the states of the EU and the OECD, what are the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany and Hungary.
