Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza vlivu náboženství na podnikatelskou etiku a obchodní etiketu v arabských zemích. Vzhledem k omezenému rozsahu se zaměřuje pouze na islám a jeho vlivy. V první části práce vymezuje arabské země a zabývá se vznikem, historickým vývojem a základním pramenem víry islámu. Dále vysvětluje náboženské právo "šaría" a povinnosti věřícího plynoucí z náboženství. Klíčovou část práce představuje kapitola, která se zabývá charakteristikou zvyklostí obchodní etikety a podnikatelské etiky v arabských zemích a analýzou míry vlivu islámu na tyto zvyklosti. V závěru práce porovnává popsanou teorii se zkušenostmi obchodních zástupců českých společností, které jsou v obchodním styku s arabskými partnery. The aim of the present bachelor's thesis is to analyze religious aspects of the entrepreneurial and commercial protocol in the Arab world. Limited by its prescribed volume, the thesis focuses merely on the Islamic religion and its influence. The first part identifies Arab countries and deals with the origins, historical background and fundamental sources of the Islamic faith. It also elaborates on the religious law of Sharia and the religion-bound duties of a Muslim. The central chapter characterizes the customs of commercial and entrepreneurial protocol in Arab countries and analyzes to which extent these are influenced by Islam. The final part compares the conclusions of the empiric study with practical experience of sales representatives in Czech companies trading with Arabic partners.
