O funkci, rozsahu a vhodnosti státní podpory rodin s dětmi se dlouhodobě vedou spory. Tato práce si proto klade za cíl zaměřit se na nástroje, kterými se státní aparát České republiky snaží pomáhat rodinám při výchově dětí, resp. při podpoře populačního vývoje a udržení tradiční role rodiny jako základní jednotky lidské společnosti. Dále tento dokument hodnotí, zda jsou tyto nástroje relevantní, resp. jaké jsou silné, potažmo slabé stránky českého systému státní podpory rodiny. There are many debates about the function, range and pertinence of state subsidy for families with children today. The purpose of my composition work is focused on tools that are used by the state machinery of the Czech Republic to help families with child care and to support the population development and maintenance of traditional role of family as basic unit of human society. Next this document evaluates if these tools are relevant and which are strengths and weaknesses of Czech family support system.
