Práce poskytuje přehled základních trendů v oblasti podnikových informačních systémů. Analyzuje trendy v jednotlivých částech informačního systému, kterými jsou plánování podnikových zdrojů (Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP), řízení dodavatelských řetězců (Supply Chain Management - SCM), řízení vztahů se zákazníky (Customer Relationship Management - CRM) a podnikové zpravodajství (Business Intelligence - BI). Práce se dále věnuje takovým trendům, jako je cloud computing, virtualizace, podniková mobilita či Web 2.0. This thesis offers an overview of essential trends in the field of enterprise information systems. It analyses trends in separate parts of information system, as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence (BI). Then it follows trends like cloud computing, virtualisation, enterprise mobility and Web 2.0.
