Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o mladém projektu Meetfactory. Jedná se o multifunkční kulturní centrum, které mimo jiné kulturní sluţby nabízí rezidenční ateliérový program pro zahraniční umělce. Duchovním otcem celého projektu je kontroverzní český umělec David Černý. V teoretické části práce se věnuji problematice neziskových organizací v kultuře a tématu brownfields. V praktické části jsem popsal projekt od jeho komplikované historie, přes oblasti činností aţ po finanční stránku v návaznosti na poznatky z teoretické části. Práce slouţí jako ucelený pohled na tento unikátní projekt. This bachelor's thesis deals with an emerging project Meetfactory. It is a multi-functional culture centre which besides other cultural services also offers a residential atelier programme for foreign artists. Conceiver of the whole project is a controversial Czech artist David Černý. In a theoretical part of the paper I deal with problems of non-profit organizations in culture and the topic of brownfields. In the practical part I described the project from its complicated history, field of activity to a financial aspect following the findings from the theoretical part. This thesis serves as a comprehensive view on this unique project.
