Abstrakt Rozpočtování v obcích a městech Práce je zaměřena na územní samosprávu, a to na rozpočtování v obcích a městech. V první části práce se zabývám vymezením základních pojmů a popisem jednotlivých metod, které lze v rámci rozpočtování využít. Praktická část práce je věnována rozboru rozpočtu Městské části Praha 4. Cílem mé bakalářské práce jak pak odpovědět na otázku, jaké metody jsou v rámci rozpočtování MČ Praha 4 využívány. Klíčová slova: rozpočet, rozpočtový výhled, rozpočtová skladba, struktura rozpočtu, rozpočtový proces, metody rozpočetnictví My bachelor thesis is focused on the municipal government, concretely on budgeting in municipalities and towns. In the first part of my bachelor thesis, I deal with the determination of basic terms and describing the various methods that can be used in budgeting. The practical part of my bachelor thesis is devoted to analyzing the budget of the City Prague, distrikt 4. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to answer the question, what methods of budgeting are used within the city district Prague 4.
