Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice podnikatelského záměru stavební firmy. Cílem práce je zpracování funkčního plánu pro developerský projekt, který zahrnuje strategickou analýzu externího a interního prostředí firmy, marketingový mix, plán realizace projektu, finanční plán a analýzu rizika. This thesis deals with the issue of business plan of construction company. The aim is to process functional plan for development project, which includes strategic analysis of external and internal environment, marketing mix, implementation plan, financial plan and risk analysis.
