Diplomová práce zpracovává podnikatelský plán zavedené akciové společnost, která se věnuje 2 zcela odlišným podnikatelským činnostem. Práce se skládá z 5 částí - z úvodu, teoreticko-metodologických východisek, popisu analyzované společnosti, aplikační části a závěru. Princip aplikace podnikatelského plánu u analyzované společnosti je v analýze portfolia nabízených produktů a v inovaci a modernizaci obou hlavních činností společnosti. Výsledky aplikace podnikatelského plánu jsou posouzeny z hlediska finanční analýzy. Aplikace podnikatelského plánu společnosti pomůže v řešení jejích hlavních problémů - nízké ziskovosti a vysoké úrovni nákladů. This thesis formulates a business plan of established joint stock company that is dedicated to two very different business activities. The thesis consists of 5 parts - an introduction, theoretical and methodological part, the description of the analyzed company, application of selected methods, and the conclusion. The product portfolio is analyzed with a business plan of the company. By application of the business plan is implemented innovation and modernization of two principal activities. The results of application of the business plan are assessed in terms of financial analysis. Application of the business plan will help in solving main problems of the analyzed company - low profitability and high costs.
