Tato diplomová práce ve své první kapitole shrnuje teoretické poznatky v oblasti fundamentální analýzy. Dále se zabývá specifičností ohodnocení akcie bankovního titulu. Jednotlivé fáze fundamentální analýzy jsou poté prakticky aplikované na akciový titul Komerční banky listované na Pražské burze cenných papírů. Důraz je kladen zejména na komplexní ohodnocení akcie z hlediska globálních a odvětvových vlivů. Jsou uvedena porovnání jednotlivých ukazatelů se srovnatelnými bankami na českém trhu a oceněna značka Komerční banky. V poslední kapitole je na konkrétních datech vypočítána tzv. správná cena akcie a porovnána s aktuální cenou na trhu. This final thesis in the first chapter summarizes theoretical knowledge in connection with Fundamental analysis. Furthermore, it deals with proper valuation of bank stock title. Each phase of Fundamental analysis is than analyzed on practical example of stock Komercni banka listed on Prague stock exchange. Focus is on complex analysis of global and sector factors. There are mentioned comparisons of key indicators with other comparable bank in the economy also the value of the brand Komercni banka is calculated. In the last chapter are concrete data used for calculation of so called right price of the stock and results are compared to actual price at the stock market.
