Diplomová práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností firem, přičemž upozorňuje na důležitost vyhodnocování CSR aktivit. Jako ukázku společensky odpovědné firmy jsem si zvolila T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. a právě na jednu z oblastí jeho CSR aktivit aplikuji metodiku LBG, která slouží k jejich vyhodnocení. Na základě analýzy obsažené v této práci lze TMCZ považovat za firmu společensky odpovědnou a její CSR aktivity za přínosné nejen pro komunitu, ale též pro firmu samotnou. Smyslem práce je především podnítit tvorbu CSR výroční zprávy v TMCZ, jejíž součástí by bylo i měření přínosů plynoucích ze společensky odpovědného chování firmy, a poukázat na důležitost důkladného sledování podpořených projektů, aby bylo možné zjistit efektivitu vložených prostředků. This dissertation deals with the Corporate Social Responsibily and highlights the importace of evaluation of CSR activities. I have chosen T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. as an example of a socially responsible company. I evaluate one of its CSR activities by LBG methodology. Based on the analysis contained in this dissertation TMCZ can be considered as a socially responsible company. Its CSR activities are not only beneficial for the community, but also for the company itself. The purpose of this disertation is to stimulate creation CSR annual report in TMCZ and point out the importace of close monitoring of supported projects, so that it would be possible to find out the efficiency of invested resources.
