Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu organizační kultury a její soulad s Corporate strategií společnosti ÚSOVSKO a.s.. Ve shodě se stanovenými cíly vyhodnocuje získané informace a podává návrhy na posílení současné organizační kultury podniku. This thesis focuses on the analysis of organizational culture and its compliance with corporate strategies of the company ÚSOVSKO a.s.. In line with targets this thesis evaluate the information submitted proposals to strengthen the current organizational culture of the company.
