Bakalářská práce s názvem "Konfiskace průmyslového majetku sudetských Němců po roce 1945 na příkladu Rumburku" se bude primárně zabývat proměnou vlastnických práv v poválečném období, neboť dodnes toto téma patří k nejkontroverznějším otázkám moderních československých dějin. V úvodní části práce se budu zabývat právními a politickými okolnostmi odsunu Němců a konfiskací jejich majetku. Jádro práce bude ležet v mikrohistorické analýze konfiskace na příkladu města Rumburku a firmy RINCO Werke. Chci se zaměřit především na tyto otázky: Jak byla konfiskace provedena, jaký byl její průběh? Existoval plán, podle něhož, byla konfiskace realizována? K čemu vedla? Jaké byly její následky? Jak byl vybírán národní správce? Ve své práci budu vycházet z původní hypotézy, že konfiskace neprobíhala podle nějakého pevného plánu, ale byla prováděna nárazově a nesystémově, což dávalo velký prostor pro různé nelegální převody majetku. Při své práci budu vycházet z archivních záznamů, právních předpisů, z nejnovější odborné literatury a pramenů. Bachelor thesis called "Confiscation of Industrial Property of Sudeten Germans after 1945 for example Rumburk" will primarily deal with the transformation of property rights in the postwar period, since this topic is still the most controversial issue of modern Czechoslovak history. In the introduction of the paper I will examine the legal and political circumstances of the withdrawal of Germans and the confiscation of their property. The core work will be about microhistorik analysis of confiscation on the example of a company Rumburk RINCO Werke. I want to focus primarily on the following questions: How was the confiscation made, what was its course? Was there a plan under which the confiscation was executed? What did it leed to? What were its consequences? How the national manager was chosen? My work will be based on the original hypothesis that the seizure had taken place according to some fixed plan, but it was performed fitfully and unsystematically, which gave plenty of room for a variety of illegal transfers of property. My work will be also based on archive records, legal regulations and on the latest literature and sources.
