Tato bakalářská práce nabízí metodu reverzní logistiky, kterou lze využít v brněnské kavárně Let’s coffee. Práce se skládá ze čtyř hlavních částí. První část je teoretická, v této části analyzuji teorii, na jejímž základě bude v následujících dvou částech provedena analýza stavu kavárny v tuto chvíli. V poslední části uvedu návrh na zavedení metod reverzní logistiky pro zlepšení jeho provozu, snížení nákladů a zvýšení zisku. This bachelor's thesis offers a method of reverse logistics that can be used in the Let’s coffee cafe in Brno. The work consists of four main parts. The first part is theoretical, in this part I will analyze the theory, on the basis of which in the next two parts an analysis of the state of the cafe at the moment will be carried out. In the last part, I will present a proposal for the introduction of reverse logistics methods to improve its operation, reduce costs and increase profits.
