Katedra sociální a klinické farmacie, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Univerzita Karlova Úvod a cíl: Astma bronchiale (AB) je chronické zántlivé onemocnní dýchacích cest, které významn ovlivIuje kvalitu ivota paciento, pokud není správn lé eno. Inhala ní lé ba je základní terapií AB, ale adherence k lé b a inhala ní technika (IT) jsou asto nedostate né. Cílem praktické ásti bylo analyzovat IT u kohorty dosplých paciento s AB s vyu itím nástroje Five Steps Assessment (FSA) a porovnat výsledky s výstupy z Vitalografu AIM#. Metodika: V období od záYí do prosince 2023 probíhal sbr dat na specializovaném pneumologickém pracoviati v eské republice. Do studie se zapojilo celkem 70 dosplých paciento s diagnózou AB, kteYí minimáln 3 msíce pou ívali aktuální inhala ní systém (IS) a byli ve stabilizovaném stavu. Pacienti demonstrovali manipulaci s IS, který b n pou ívají. To bylo zaznamenáno na video a následn hodnoceno pomocí FSA, ptikrokového univerzálního nástroje k hodnocení IT. Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University Introduction and aims: Asthma bronchiale (AB) is a chronic inflammatory airway disease that significantly affects the quality of life of patients if not treated properly. Inhalation therapy is the main treatment for asthma, but medication adherence and inhalation technique (IT) are often insufficient. The purpose of the practical part was to analyze IT in a cohort of adult patients with AB using the Five Steps Assessment (FSA) tool and to compare the results with outputs from the Vitalograph AIM#. Methods: Between September and December 2023, data were collected at a specialised pneumology clinic in the Czech Republic. A total of 70 adult patients diagnosed with AB who had been using a current inhaler system (IS) for at least 3 months and were in stable condition were included in the study.
