Diplomová práce se zabývá informovaností rodičů předčasně narozených dětí o rané logopedické intervenci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se dělí na tři kapitoly a představuje témata anatomie a intrauterinního vývoje mozku. Dále téma předčasného porodu a specifické problémy předčasně narozených novorozenců. Mimo jiné se zabývá i rolí klinického logopeda na neonatologii a s tím související problematikou systému rané logopedické intervence s porovnáním České republiky a USA. V empirické části je pospán samotný výzkum, jehož hlavním cílem bylo analyzovat informovanost rodičů předčasně narozených dětí o rané logopedické intervenci. Na základě hlavního cíle bylo vytyčeno několik dílčích cílů a z nich vyplývajících výzkumných otázek. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativně, formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s matkami předčasně narozených dětí. Pro analýzu dat byl využit software ATLAS.ti a aplikováno otevřené a axiální kódování. Z výpovědí byly identifikovány hlavní kategorie jako informovanost, krmení, logopedická péče, alternativní terapie, emoční prožitky rodičů a role pediatra. Následně byly zpracovány případové studie. Výsledky ukazují, že většina rodičů nebyla dostatečně informována o možnosti vyhledat logopeda v raném věku dítěte. Žádná z matek neměla povědomí o... The thesis focuses on the awareness of parents of preterm children regarding early speech and language intervention. It is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical section presents topics such as brain anatomy and intrauterine brain development, preterm birth and its risk factors, specific complications in preterm newborns, and the role of clinical speech therapists in neonatal care, including their competencies and approaches to diagnosis and therapy. It also compares the systems of early intervention in the Czech Republic and the USA and describes speech and language development up to the age of three. The empirical part describes a qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews with mothers of preterm children. Data were analyzed using ATLAS.ti through open and axial coding. Key categories were identified, such as awareness, feeding, speech and language care, emotional experiences of parents, and the role of the pediatrician. Case studies were also developed. The results show that most parents were not sufficiently informed about the possibility of seeking speech therapy in early childhood.
