Technická zpráva shrnuje hlavní úpravy klimatizační jednotky a tepelného čerpadla (HVAC − heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) pro vodíkový, resp. elektrický autobus vyvíjené v rámci projektu TAČR − Doprava 2020+ č. CK03000028 − Výzkum a vývoj vodíkového autobusu. Zpráva navazuje na předchozí technickou zprávu z roku 2023 č. T-580/23. Na základě výsledků zkoušek HVAC jednotky v říjnu 2023 byla navržena řada změn jak vlastní jednotky, měřicí techniky, tak průběhu zkoušek s chladivy R454C a R513A v klimatické komoře. Cílem bylo získat přesnější data zejména o hmotnostním průtoku chladiva a dále provést zkoušky v režimu tepelného čerpadla s co možná nejvyšší teplotou kapaliny ve větvi voda + ethylenglykol. Pracovníci technického vývoje společnosti SOR Libchavy, spol. s r. o., vznesli na základě výsledků z roku 2023 požadavek na testy s možná co nejvyšší teplotou kapalinového okruhu vytápějícího kabinu autobusu. Zároveň však musel být zachován bezpečný provoz jednotky především s ohledem na teplotu páry chladiva na výtlaku kompresoru, která by neměla přesahovat 125 °C. The technical report summarizes the main modifications of the air conditioning and heat pump (HVAC) unit for the hydrogen or electric bus developed within the framework of the TAČR - Transport 2020+ project No. CK03000028 - Research and development of the hydrogen bus. Based on the results of the HVAC unit tests in October 2023, a number of modifications have been proposed to the unit design, the experimental setup and the test procedure with with two refrigerant blends R454C and R513A in the climate chamber. The aim was to obtain more accurate data, in particular on the refrigerant mass flow rate, as well as to perform the tests in heat pump mode with the highest possible liquid temperature in the water + ethylene glycol circuit. Based on the 2023 results, the engineers of SOR Libchavy, spol. s r.o., requested tests with the highest possible temperature of the liquid circuit heating the passenger cabin. At the same time, however, the safe operation of the unit had to be maintained, especially with regard to the refrigerant vapour temperature at the compressor discharge, which should not exceed 125 °C.
