V posledních desetiletích můžeme pozorovat významné úsilí rozšířit operační výkony v urologii i jiných chirurgických oborech o metody peroperačního zobrazení s cílem dosažení lepších peroperačních a pooperačních výsledků. Fluorescenční zobrazení s využitím fluorescenčního barviva indocyaninové zeleně je v současnosti v mnoha oblastech využívanou a studovanou metodou peroperační navigace. Předložená disertační práce je založená na čtyřech monotematických publikacích. V úvodu popisuje princip fluorescence, vlastnosti indocyaninové zeleně a možnosti jejího klinického využití. Následující první přehledový článek shrnuje přínosy aplikace indocyaninové zeleně při základních roboticky asistovaných výkonech, a to zejména při roboticky asistované radikální prostatektomii a roboticky asistované resekci nádoru ledviny. Druhý přehledový článek je věnován možnosti využití fluorescence při roboticky asistované resekci nádoru ledviny a přináší konkrétní postupy a cíle aplikace indocyaninové zeleně s navržením možnosti její standardizace v klinické praxi. V druhé polovině popisuje originální publikace využití indocyaninové zeleně při roboticky asistované resekci nádoru ledvin u prvního uceleného souboru pacientů v České republice, přináší přehled peroperačních, pooperačních, onkologických a funkčních výsledků se... In recent decades, a significant effort to extend surgical procedures in urology and other surgical fields with intraoperative imaging methods with the aim of achieving better intraoperative and postoperative results can be explored. Fluorescent imaging using the fluorescent dye indocyanine green is a method of intraoperative navigation currently used and studied in many areas. The submitted dissertation, based on four monothematic publications, describes in the introduction the principle of fluorescence, the properties of indocyanine green and the possibilities of its clinical use. The following first review article summarizes the benefits of indocyanine green application in basic robotic urological procedures, especially in robotic radical prostatectomy and robotic kidney tumor resection (partial nephrectomy). The second review article is devoted to the possibility of using fluorescence in robotic partial nephrectomy and presents specific course of action and aims of indocyanine green application with the possibility of its standardization in clinical practice.
