V článku představujeme optovláknový měřicí systém pro detekci ionizujícího záření vyvinutý na Ústavu přístrojové techniky AV ČR. Systém využívá radiačně odolné vícevidové optické vlákno a senzor, které chrání scintilační krystal před mechanickým poškozením a rušením vnějším světlem. Tento senzor umožňuje použití různých scintilačních materiálů, což poskytuje flexibilitu při měření gama záření v průmyslových a vědeckých aplikacích. Součástí systému je také pokročilá technologie svařování a tvarování optických vláken, která zajišťuje efektivní přenos scintilačního záření a zvyšuje citlivost detekčního procesu. This article presents a fibre-optic measurement system for the detection of ionizing radiation, developed at the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The system employs a radiation-resistant multimode optical fibre and a sensor designed to protect the scintillation crystal from mechanical damage and external light interference. The sensor allows for the use of various scintillation materials, providing flexibility for gamma radiation measurements in both industrial and scientific applications. The system also incorporates advanced fibre splicing and shaping technologies, ensuring efficient transmission of scintillation light and enhancing the sensitivity of the detection process.
