Byla použita zcela nová koncepce měr výskytu ryb, kdy za základní ukazatel byly použity úlovky na jednotku úsilí (CPUE, z anglického Catch Per Unit of Effort) mnohoočkových tenatních sítí podle Evropského standardu CEN EN14757, 2015. rozpracované pro naše podmínky podle Kubečka a kol. 2010 a 2022. Biomasy na jednotku úsilí byly přepočteny na biomasy podle Říhy a kol. 2023. Mapy zobrazující CPUE a biomasy pro jednotlivé rybí druhy v jednotlivých rocích byly vytvořeny za pomocí programu ArcMap 10.8.2 a programových knihoven ArcPy 10.9.1 určené pro programovací jazyk Python 2.7.18. Jedná se o zcela unikátní postup, který podává kvalitní obrázek o prostorové distribuci ryb. Informace jsou váženy podle hloubkových vrstev nádrže pro roky 2008-2023. A completely new concept of fish abundance rates was used, where the basic indicator was Catch Per Unit of Effort (CPUE) of multi-mesh gillnets according to the European standard CEN EN14757, 2015. elaborated for our conditions according to Kubečka et al. 2010 and 2022. Biomasses per unit of effort were converted to biomasses according to Říha et al. 2023. Maps showing CPUE and biomass for individual fish species in individual years were created using the ArcMap 10.8.2 program and the ArcPy 10.9.1 program libraries designed for the Python 2.7.18 programming language. This is a completely unique procedure that provides a high-quality picture of the spatial distribution of fish. Information for the years 2008-2023 is weighted according to the depth layers of the reservoir.
