Tento smluvní výzkum se zaměřil na vývoj a výrobu 100 optických sond pro použití v holografickém endoskopu. Sondy jsou založeny na jednotlivých multimódových optických vláknech, navržených pro minimálně invazivní, vysoce přesné zobrazování hlubokých tkáňových struktur u živých zvířecích modelů. Tyto sondy využívají pokročilé holografické techniky pro precizní ovládání světla, což zajišťuje vylepšené zobrazovací schopnosti a zároveň minimalizuje deformace a poškození tkáně během zavádění. This contractual research focused on the development and manufacturing of 100 optical probes for use in a holographic endoscope. The probes are based on single multimode optical fibers, engineered to facilitate minimally invasive, high-fidelity imaging of deep tissue structures in living animal models. These probes leverage advanced holographic techniques for precise light control, offering enhanced imaging capabilities while minimizing tissue deformation and damage during insertion.
