Cílem smluvního výzkumu byla odborná analýza dodaných vzorků se záměrem popsat morfologické znaky, strukturu a chemické složení změny závislé na výrobních podmínkách. Součástí spolupráce byla provedena příprava vzorků pro elektronovou mikroskopii, následovala komplexní multimodální analýza pomocí elektronového mikroskopu za pokojových teplot, vybrané vzorky byly zpracovány i pro transmisní elektronovou mikroskopii (TEM). Dále byla provedena spektroskopická měření pomocí EDX a CL detektoru. The aim of the contract research was to provide expert analysis of the samples supplied with the intention of describing the morphological features, structure and chemical composition of the level-dependent changes. As part of the collaboration, samples were prepared for electron microscopy, followed by a comprehensive multimodal analysis using an electron microscope at room temperature, and selected samples were also processed for transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In addition, spectroscopic measurements were performed using EDX and CL detectors.
